The last tour on the last day of our trip to Helsinki, we visited Pyhän Laurin Kappeli - Sankt Lars Kapell. Although it was not on our official itinerary, we were guided through the building by Kai Korhonen, one of the designers responsible furnishing the chapel. These pictures may not convey this but the chapel succeeds in reconciling the emotional needs of mourners with the pragmatic demands of funerals.
